It is a semi-automatic multi-ply cardboard production line,which is composed of paper mill roll stand, single facer/ corrugator and board sheet cutter machine. This line can continuously produce and cutting, slitting all kinds of size 2 ply corrugated paperboard, the line features advanced process, high efficiency and large production. It is an ideal equipment for middle and small carton manufacture factories to improve technology.

Structure & Configuration:

1. Single facer line: including paper mill roll stand, single facer corrugator, paper sheet cutter.

2. The base paper holder can select LUM-A/ B paper mill roll stand.

3. Corrugation machine can select LUM-A/ B, corrugated rolls dia. ￠270/320 mm.

4. NC cutter choose the single blade cutting design.

5. Heating method available: can use steam,electricity, gas heating, oil heating system.

6. Flute type: can select A, B, C, E flute, with UV shape design.

7. Min. paper slitting width: 100 mm

8. Max paper cutting length: 300-2500mm.

9. Max economic speed: 120 m/min ( Running speed is according to heating system).

10.Working width: 1400-2000mm.
