Burundi introduces three-layer corrugated paper production line

In 2024, a foreign friend, Burundi, came to our company for an in-depth inspection of packaging machinery, and spoke highly of the quality of our machines, which were characterized by excellent performance, stability and reliability; after the inspection, he signed a contract on the spot and said that he would also introduce his friends to visit LINCHENG.

The company introduced the LUM-Three-layer high-speed corrugated cardboard production line. This model is specially designed to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized corrugated box manufacturers, with the following main points.

1. The material is made of high quality chrome-molybdenum alloy steel or tungsten carbide treatment.

2. The corrugated shape is the international common UV shape, which is carefully designed to have low shrinkage rate, good quality and high strength of the pressed cardboard.

3. Imported precision machine tools, advanced molding cutting and computerized indexing process, flute size accuracy in line with national standards.

4. The surface of the teeth is quenched by medium-frequency quenching treatment, with a hardness of HRC60 or above, and the upper corrugated rolls are medium-high and in the shape of a waist drum, with a long service life.

5. The corrugated cardboard production line consists of rolls of raw paper which are pressed into corrugated, glued, dried, cooled and shaped, slit and creased, and cross-cut into specification cardboards, and finally conveyed and stacked in a stacking process to produce qualified cardboards, thus realizing high-speed and high-efficiency assembly line operation.
