Auto 4/5/6 Ply Grey Hardboard Production Line

LUM-D Six-layer hardboard production line is suitable for compounding 2-6 layers of 300-600g/m2 gray board paper into thick-boards of various thicknesses and specifications. The 6-ply hardboard production line has many features,such as reasonable design, compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance, energy saving and so on. The 6-ply hardboard production line also makes up for many shortcomings, such as single machine sue and manual lamination, which greatly reduces production costs, improves product quality, and greatly improves the flatness, strength, and adhesion of the cardboard. Ideal equipment is that you make the cardboard.

Mainly consists of paper mill roll stand, conveyor bridge, preheating jar, paper aligning machine,gluing machine, Pressing and Drying machine, slitting machine, NC cut off machine and stacker machine. Several (or various kinds) low-quantity (120g/m2 _ 200g/m2) paper roll are pasting, compacting,pressing, drying and slitting into a certain specification of high-quantity hardboard(400g/m2 _ 600g/m2). It is a hardboard factory that produces high-quantity flat paperboard without changing the existing equipment. The equipment width range is generally 1200mm-2200mm, and production speed is generally 0-120m/min.
