Be brave enough to challenge | Climbing to the top, challenging new possibilities

In the summer of '22, our team embarked on a travel journey again, and this time the destination of the group building was the famous Phoenix Mountain in Northeast China. Fenghuang Mountain is not only famous for its lofty and upright posture standing on the earth, but also for its breathtaking altitude.

In the team's dealings with customers from different countries, selling corrugated paper, paperboard, and large-scale equipment such as supporting production lines, each of us encounters many difficulties and challenges, but we are always inspired to unite as one and work together to cross one seemingly insurmountable hurdle after another. This spirit coincides with the journey of climbing the peak. It is based on such faith and courage that we decided to aim at climbing the peak of Phoenix Mountain in this group building, to challenge our limits and explore our infinite possibilities with practical actions.

In the process of climbing high mountains, we not only challenged the limits of nature, but also deeply learned the true meaning of persistence and collaboration. Each step of the climb was accompanied by sweat and hard work, which taught us the spirit of not giving up in the face of difficulties. At the same time, the mutual support and encouragement among teammates made us deeply realize the power of teamwork, and together we crossed one difficulty after another.

After this climbing activity, we all felt that we had not only climbed to a new height physically, but more importantly, we had also realized a qualitative leap in our mind and spirit. The hardships and challenges of the climbing process taught us how to persevere in adversity and how to support each other and make progress together in a team. This experience is like a vivid practical lesson, so that each of us has gained valuable growth, and feel that we have more firm beliefs and more abundant motivation when facing future challenges in work or life.
